EUR 6 million scheme to support cleantech manufacturing in Cantabria (Spain)
The Commission has approved an aid scheme to support investments in manufacturing capacity for net-zero technologies, their key components listed in Annex II CISAF, as well as related critical raw materials necessary for their production. The aid will take the form of direct grants financed by the Cantabrian regional government and may be granted until 31 December 2030.
The Commission assessed the measure under the Clean Industrial Deal State Aid Framework (CISAF), considering it necessary and appropriate to facilitate the development of economic activities contributing to the implementation of the Clean Industrial Deal, while remaining proportionate and limited to the minimum necessary.
