College of Europe Summer Course on EU Competition Law
Our Partner Marianne Clayton teached a session on “Article 107 – Introduction to State Aid Policy (and Article 106): Objectives, Enforcement & Future Development of EU State Aid Policy” as part of the College of Europe’s advanced summer course “EU Competition Law – An Advanced Analysis of EU Competition Law & Practice”, which took place from 30 June to 4 July 2025 in Bruges.
